【花卉信息】家庭自制玫瑰山药丸子甜品

主料：山药200克、玫瑰酱适量

辅料：精盐、白糖、蛋清半个、核桃仁、葡萄干

制作：

1.先将山药蒸熟去皮，制成泥状备用；

2.将精盐、白糖、蛋清、核桃仁、葡萄干加入山药泥中拌匀备用；

3.起油锅，当油七成热时，将调好的山药泥制成丸状投入，炸成金黄色捞出；

4.起锅加入少量食用油，投入白糖略炒，加入清水，待煮沸后加入玫瑰酱，再度煮沸；

5.将炸好的山药丸子码在盘中，淋上调好的玫瑰酱即可上桌。
