【花卉信息】长寿汤

主料

甲鱼1只、仙人掌150克。

辅料

枸杞子25克，精盐5克，高汤2000克，葱段、姜片，味精。

制作

甲鱼宰杀，洗净，切成大块，开水焯2一3分钟备用。沙锅放高汤、葱段、姜片、盐、甲鱼块，枸杞子，上火，烧开后去浮沫，改小火炖制至熟。汤内加仙人掌片、味精调味，略开即可。
